The Senior Indirect Procurement Specialist administers contractor onboarding, manages end‑to‑end procure‑to‑pay operations, and acts as a super‑user for Oracle ERP and P2P platforms. Bengaluru, India, on‑site role with occasional remote flexibility, supporting multi‑country contingent workforce procurement.
What you’ll do
- Administer contractor onboarding and compliance
- Manage end‑to‑end P2P activities and policy adherence
- Maintain supplier and contract data in ERP
- Generate spend and performance reports
- Support supplier performance reviews and cost‑saving initiatives
- Engage internal stakeholders (HR, Finance, Project Teams)
- Drive process improvements and audit readiness

- Advanced Excel (pivot, VBA)
