What you’ll do

• Manage requisition creation, review, and approval ensuring policy compliance
• Convert approved requisitions to purchase orders aligned with supplier agreements
• Track and report KPI metrics for the requisition‑to‑invoice cycle
• Verify supplier invoices against purchase orders and receipts
• Investigate and resolve invoice‑PO discrepancies, escalating as needed
• Maintain accurate records in the Source‑to‑Pay system
• Generate reports to identify process improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to resolve issues
