Team Lead, Project Management & Project Planning

About the role

JLL is shaping the future of real estate by combining world-class services, advisory, and technology. As Team Lead, Project Management & Project Planning in Gurugram, HR, you will onboard and train Project Managers on JLL technology, administer systems, monitor data quality, and manage reporting, finance, and KPI tracking. The role engages resources across APAC/EMEA/AMERICA and is based on-site.

What you’ll do

• Arrange access and provide training/onboarding to new Project Managers on JLL technology and client systems
• Extract data and prepare standard reporting using the JLL Project Management Information System
• Administer technology systems including access, troubleshooting, training on new features, and monitoring project closeout
• Monitor and report on technology usage/adoption and data quality in PDS/Client Systems
• Liaise with PDS delivery teams to identify and monitor correction of data quality errors
• Undertake technical onboarding of PDS delivery teams in client-specific processes
• Review project-specific deliverables and monitor compliance with client process and templates
• Manage on-account trackers for project approvals, POs & contracts, and lessons learnt

What you’ll bring

• Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
• In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
• Familiarity with project management information systems, Microsoft Teams, and cloud-based document management systems
• Strong skills in organizing and managing documents, including version control, naming conventions, file sharing, and archiving
• Experience in data entry and data analysis using spreadsheet software like Microsoft Excel
• Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
• Strong time management and ability to multitask
• Detail-oriented to accurately handle data and maintain document consistency
