About the role

- Assemble and lead project teams with effective structures
- Manage project budgets and ensure target profit achievement
- Oversee project stages from pre-design to completion
- Facilitate negotiations, analyses and meetings with authorities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Represent JLL in project interactions and promote business offerings
What you’ll bring
- Degree in relevant property discipline
- 12+ years design, construction and project management experience
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams
- Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- In-depth knowledge of local codes and legislation
