What you’ll do
- Ensure smooth functioning of all regional branches
- Monitor adherence to SOPs and conduct periodic audits
- Identify and mitigate operational risks and fraud indicators
- Prepare and analyse MIS reports for performance and compliance
- Train branch staff on compliance and risk awareness
- Lead and mentor branch control officers
What you’ll bring
- 10-12 years branch operations experience
- Multi‑branch oversight experience
- Knowledge of RBI, KYC/AML regulations
- Proficiency in audits and compliance checks
- Ability to interpret MIS reports
- Leadership of branch control teams
