About the role

Internal Audit function at AXIS BANK, responsible for independent oversight of controls and risk management. The Branch Auditor leads risk‑based audits of branch operations, prepares detailed findings, and drives root‑cause analysis and remediation across the South region. Based in Hyderabad with on‑site work at branch locations, hybrid travel required for assignments.

What you’ll do

• Conduct risk‑based internal audits of branches and currency chests
• Prepare audit observation synopses and MIS trackers
• Provide qualitative compliance assessments and root‑cause analysis
• Recommend corrective actions and share major issues with stakeholders

What you’ll bring

• MBA
• CA
• ICWA
• 3-8 years branch operations experience
• 3-5 years as Branch Head or Operation Head
