About the role
Retail Liabilities function at IDFC FIRST Bank. Oversees operational integrity and compliance of branches across the region, conducts audits, supports new branch launches, and manages statutory and internal reporting. Works on‑site in Gurugram, coordinating with the central Branch Control Unit and senior management.
What you’ll do
- Ensure smooth functioning of all regional branches
- Monitor adherence to SOPs and conduct periodic audits
- Identify and mitigate operational risks and coordinate fraud prevention
- Drive process optimization and standardization across branches
- Maintain and analyse MIS metrics and prepare performance reports
- Train branch staff on compliance, procedures and risk awareness
What you’ll bring
- Graduate – Any discipline
- Postgraduate – Preferred, any discipline
Nice to have
- 10-12 years branch operations, compliance, audit or control experience in banking
- Prior multi‑branch oversight or regional role
