About the role

AI Center of Excellence (CoE) at Warner Bros. Discovery builds enterprise AI platforms and generative AI solutions. The Senior Staff Data Science & Applied AI role designs end‑to‑end solution architectures, creates reusable AI patterns, and governs cloud AI platforms on AWS and Snowflake. Works cross‑functionally with product, engineering, data, and security teams to productionize AI and GenAI workloads. Hyderabad, hybrid work model.

What you’ll do

• Define end‑to‑end enterprise AI solution architecture
• Design and govern AI/ML/GenAI cloud platforms on AWS and Snowflake
• Create reusable architecture patterns and accelerators
• Develop MLOps/LLMOps pipelines for model deployment and monitoring
• Ensure platform reliability, security, compliance, and cost optimization
• Partner with product, engineering, data, and security stakeholders
• Lead technical mentorship and architecture reviews
• Contribute to AI governance and responsible AI initiatives

What you’ll bring

• 8+ years relevant experience
• 2+ years Generative AI/LLM solutions
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Hands‑on experience with AWS cloud services
• Hands‑on experience with Snowflake platform
• Expertise in building GenAI and LLM applications
• Experience designing agentic AI systems
• Strong collaboration with cross‑functional teams
