The Senior Staff Product Manager defines product strategy, partners with data engineering and business stakeholders, and leads end‑to‑end delivery of AI‑powered analytics products. What you’ll do

• Define product vision and roadmap for data and AI products
• Lead cross‑functional delivery from problem framing to model deployment
• Prioritize features balancing technical debt, scalability and impact
• Collaborate with data engineers to design scalable pipelines
• Work with business partners to gather requirements and create specs
• Provide statistical analysis and predictive modeling to inform decisions
• Create prototypes and dashboards for stakeholder visualization
• Mentor junior PMs and evangelize data‑driven decision making

What you’ll bring

• 8+ years product management experience
• 2-3 years focused on data platforms, analytics or AI/ML products
• Shipping AI/ML‑powered features or products
• Partnering with data engineering on pipelines and platforms
• Translating business needs into product requirements
• Experience with data from Customer Experience and Sales domains
• Strong technical fluency in data architecture and ML concepts
• Proficiency with SQL and dashboard tools like Tableau or Power BI
