About the role

Carrier Global Lab Operations team ensures high availability and reliability of HVAC testing facilities. The Assistant Manager leads daily lab operations, manages equipment maintenance, drives KPI improvements, and oversees safety and vendor contracts. Gurgaon, India, on-site work model.

What you’ll do

• Lead daily HVAC lab operations for various test labs
• Drive lab availability through preventive and breakdown maintenance
• Define, track, and improve lab KPIs
• Manage utilities, instrumentation, calibration, and contracts
• Ensure environmental, health, and safety compliance
• Oversee vendor and contractor relationships
• Implement process standardization and digital dashboards
• Lead cost optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
