Associate Director, Cloud Operations

About the role

Cloud Operations team at KPMG Assurance and Consulting Services leads enterprise cloud security strategy and delivery. The Associate Director drives end‑to‑end cloud security operations, defines governance frameworks, and oversees CSPM, IAM, network security, incident response and risk management across AWS and Azure environments. Based in Noida with secondary site in Gurgaon, this role is on‑site at the India office.

What you’ll do

• Lead and oversee delivery of cloud security operations and engineering engagements
• Define and own cloud security strategy, governance framework, and operating model
• Provide technical oversight across CSPM, IAM, network security, incident response, and security operations
• Manage program health, resource planning, stakeholder relationships and escalation handling
• Mentor multi‑layered team of associate managers, managers and senior engineers
• Drive adoption of CSPM tooling and automation initiatives

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
• Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, or Information Systems preferred
• 10–13 years cloud and information security experience
• 3–4 years senior leadership or client‑facing delivery role
• Experience leading large‑scale cloud security programs on AWS and Azure
