What you’ll do

• Manage end-to-end procurement for mechanical and electrical components
• Identify and develop reliable vendors for cost, quality, and delivery targets
• Issue RFQs, quotations, and purchase orders with timely follow-up
• Negotiate with suppliers on commercial terms, pricing, and lead times
• Collaborate with production, planning, and quality teams for material availability
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics for inbound flow
• Conduct cost analysis and support cost optimization initiatives
• Ensure supplier compliance with quality standards and audit requirements
• Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions and vendor performance
• Support sourcing and new product development initiatives

What you’ll bring

• Degree or diploma in mechanical, electrical engineering, or supply chain management
• Procurement experience in consumer appliances or Tier-I OEM setups
• Strong procurement process, vendor management, and cost structure knowledge
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Zoho), and data handling
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, raw materials, and supplier ecosystems
• Strong coordination skills and ability to work under tight schedules
