Trade and Transaction Reporting Associate

About the role

Wells Fargo is seeking a Trade and Transaction Reporting Associate in Bengaluru, India, to support institutional trade lifecycle operations. Day-to-day work includes client account onboarding, cash payment monitoring, funding and custodial operations, securities settlement, asset servicing, structured loan operations, general ledger reconciliation, and resolving confirmation and ISDA-related issues. The role involves gathering data to support issue resolution, collaborating with peers and managers, and exercising judgment within defined parameters while learning policies and procedures.

What you’ll do

• Provide operational and customer support for lifecycle tasks for institutional trades
• Assist with client account onboarding, input and monitoring of cash payments, and customer service
• Support funding operations, custodial operations, securities settlement services, and asset servicing structured loan operations
• Perform general ledger reconciliation and work to resolve confirmation and ISDA-related issues
• Gather data to support resolution of issues
• Receive direction from manager and exercise judgment within defined parameters while developing understanding of functions, policies, and procedures
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
