- Address and resolve client complaints balancing relationship and cost
What you’ll bring
- 2-8 years overall experience
- 4-5+ years total experience with at least 2 years in Trade Finance Operations
- Expertise in EDPMD, IDPMS, RF, or BG and ICC rules such as UCP or URDG
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication
