About the role
Firmwide Operations team delivers governance over global transaction reporting obligations. The Director leads business analysis, controls remediation, and regional management for Trade and Transaction Reporting Operations, partnering with IT and business units to design, test, and deploy solutions. Based in COMMERZ III, OBEROI GARDEN CITY, India, on-site work model with occasional travel as needed.
What you’ll do
- Perform business analysis to define solutions using product, process, and technical knowledge
- Lead remediation of controls and coordinate with Controls Standards Committee
- Deliver reconciliation controls on legacy and new reporting platforms
- Manage regional team and support global management initiatives
- Document business processes, rules, and reference data requirements
- Act as key liaison for IT during system design and query resolution
- Plan, test, and control deployment and verification processes
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree
- 5-8 years relevant experience
Nice to have
- Capital Markets background
- Knowledge of derivatives (FX, commodities, equity, credit, interest rates)
- Experience with business process transformation and software delivery
- Leadership experience managing small teams
