About the role

Corporate Real Estate (CRE) at Equinix drives global infrastructure strategy. The Corporate Real Estate Manager, Delivery leads vendor governance, policy and performance metrics, partnering with finance, legal and procurement to manage top 20 vendors. Role based in Warsaw, Bangalore or Amsterdam with a hybrid work model, overseeing contract negotiations, KPI development and sustainable procurement initiatives.

What you’ll do

• Develop and maintain vendor management policies, tools and standards
• Analyze office spend data to drive economies of scale and standardize services
• Negotiate contractual terms and ensure compliance with risk standards
• Create and deliver vendor performance KPIs and dashboards
• Lead contract lifecycle governance for top vendors
• Manage vendor communications, training programs and quarterly business reviews
• Support sustainable procurement goals and carbon reduction targets

What you’ll bring

• Business degree in administration, finance or related field
• Proven experience in procurement, sourcing or supply chain management
• Experience leading large supply agreement negotiations
• Proficiency with Coupa, SAP Ariba or NetSuite
• Strong analytical skills for data collection and KPI development
• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken
• Ability to manage vendor relationships across global locations
