About the role
We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Network Engineer to design, implement, and maintain complex enterprise network infrastructure in Hyderabad. The role involves ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability across on‑prem and cloud environments, mentoring junior staff, and leading network projects.
What you’ll do
- Design & implement enterprise network architectures
- Maintain security protocols, firewalls, VPNs
- Manage routing & switching for efficient data flow
- Optimize network performance & conduct assessments
- Troubleshoot complex network issues
- Document network diagrams, policies, procedures
- Mentor junior engineers
- Lead network projects & ensure quality
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's in CS, IT, or related field
- 7+ years enterprise network engineering experience
- CCNP certification required
- Strong routing, switching, firewall, VPN skills
- Cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP) proficiency
Nice to have
- CCIE certification preferred
- Automation scripting with Python, Ansible
- Network monitoring tools expertise
- Leadership/mentoring experience
