About the role

APAC Data Network Engineering Lead on MUFG Global Service Private Ltd. leads the APAC data network engineering team to design, build, automate and secure the bank's data network across data centre, campus, WAN and wireless domains. The role sets technical direction, establishes standards and acts as senior escalation point while personally delivering complex network transformations. Bengaluru, India, On-site, Full-time.

What you’ll do

Lead, coach and develop APAC network engineering team
Set technical direction, standards and architecture for data network
Own end‑to‑end delivery of network transformation initiatives
Provide technical guidance across engineering, security and operations
Drive automation and NetDevOps using Ansible, Python, Git and Terraform
Manage technical governance, risk and vendor relationships
Produce high‑quality designs, plans and documentation
Lead complex troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis

What you’ll bring

14+ years enterprise network engineering experience
People leadership and team management
Senior escalation for complex technical issues
Delivery of enterprise-scale network builds and migrations
Banking or financial services background preferred
CCIE Data Center or CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure required
Advanced hands‑on experience with Cisco ACI, SD‑WAN, routing (BGP/OSPF/EIGRP) and Cisco Wireless
Automation using Ansible and Python
