Circle Head, Working Capital

About the role

CBG: SBB Circle at Axis Bank drives working capital solutions for MSME clients. The Circle Head leads a geographically dispersed team to set vision, manage profit and loss, and grow the lending book through new business acquisition and portfolio management. Responsibilities include overseeing sales targets, collections, market analysis, and partnership development while ensuring risk compliance. Based in Jodhpur, on-site work model with occasional travel to branch locations.

What you’ll do

• Set vision and business plan for the circle
• Manage centre heads and relationship managers to achieve sales targets
• Oversee product mix, yield benchmarking, and collections of delinquent accounts
• Conduct regular site visits to develop new business relationships
• Design sales programs, contests and presentations
• Collaborate with distributors, agents and business alliance partners
• Analyze market trends and competitive information to drive growth
• Engage Operations and Risk teams to ensure profitability and compliance

What you’ll bring

• Graduation or post‑graduation from a recognized institute
• 12+ years of sales experience
• 5+ years in MSME segment
