About the role
Financial Services - Gold Loan Division at Aditya Birla Capital drives gold loan strategy and growth across its assigned circle. The Circle Head leads regional heads and branch teams to achieve AUM, disbursement, profitability and compliance targets while managing risk and portfolio quality. Based in Telangana, on-site work model with occasional travel to branch locations.
What you’ll do
- Define and execute circle business plan aligned with national gold loan strategy
- Lead and mentor regional heads and branch managers to meet growth and profitability targets
- Ensure strict compliance with RBI and internal guidelines across all branches
- Monitor portfolio quality, risk metrics and fraud incidence
- Drive new branch openings, AUM per branch and sales productivity
- Collaborate with IT, marketing, risk and audit teams for operational excellence
- Oversee training, capability building and succession planning for key roles
- Report performance metrics to senior leadership
What you’ll bring
- 10-20 years experience in financial services
- Proven leadership of large regional teams
- P&L ownership and profit growth
- Experience with gold loan or secured lending products
- Strong regulatory and compliance knowledge
- Portfolio monitoring and risk management expertise
- Ability to drive branch expansion and productivity
- Stakeholder management across functions
