About the role
NVIDIA System-On-Chip (SOC) group designs cutting‑edge Tegra SOCs that power AI and high‑performance computing. The Senior SOC Design Engineer drives SOC assembly, front‑end design quality, and creates system‑level methodologies and tools to streamline chip integration. Works cross‑functionally with architecture, physical design, CAD and package teams in Bengaluru, hybrid (remote/on‑site).
What you’ll bring
- 4+ years chip design experience
- RTL design in Verilog

- Perl or Python scripting
- Collaboration across multi‑functional teams
- Experience with padring/fuse design (bonus)
