Salesforce Effectiveness Consultant

About the role

IQVIA Analytics Services team drives commercial excellence for life sciences clients. The consultant leads SFE engagements, designing segmentation, targeting, call planning and sizing analyses, and delivers client-ready insights and presentations. Bangalore office, on-site work model, relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

• Define analytical approaches and execute end-to-end quantitative and qualitative analyses
• Develop consulting deliverables, structured presentations and executive storytelling
• Translate client requirements into analytics-driven solutions
• Create project documentation, technical specifications and analytical frameworks
• Support proposal development with analytical inputs
• Collaborate across cross-functional and cross-location teams
• Assist senior consultants and engagement managers with defined workstreams

What you’ll bring

• 3-5 years consulting experience in analytics or commercial excellence
• Bachelor's or Master's in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or related field
• Proficiency in SAS, Python or R
• Experience with segmentation, targeting, call planning and sizing
• Strong storytelling and client communication skills
• SQL knowledge (preferred)
• Experience with dashboarding and visualization tools (plus)
