Salesforce Effectiveness Associate Consultant

What you’ll do

• Work on commercial excellence and SFE engagements including segmentation, targeting, call planning and sizing
• Define analytical approaches and execute independently
• Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses translating data into business insights
• Create structured presentations and executive‑level storytelling
• Translate client requirements into analytics‑driven solutions
• Develop project documentation and analytical frameworks
• Support proposal development with analytical inputs
• Collaborate across cross‑functional and cross‑location teams

What you’ll bring

• 1.5–3 years consulting experience in analytics, commercial excellence, life sciences or healthcare
• Proficiency in SAS or Python or R
• Experience with segmentation, targeting, call planning and sizing
• Strong storytelling and client‑ready communication
• Ability to develop client‑ready consulting deliverables
• Exposure to PowerPoint and dashboarding tools

Nice to have

• Statistical and technical methodology knowledge
• SQL (good to have)

Bachelor’s or master’s degree required, preferably in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or related field
