About the role
Project and Development Services – Corporate Solutions team at JLL focuses on delivering end‑to‑end real estate project delivery. The Deputy Cost Manager supports the Cost Lead in establishing cost plans, budgets, and cost control throughout design to close‑out, preparing BOQs, cost analyses, and vendor evaluations. Based in Mumbai, India, on‑site work model.
What you’ll do
- Assist in developing cost plans and budgets across design stages
- Prepare and update BOQs, quantity take‑offs, and cost analyses
- Support vendor evaluation, negotiations, and rate finalization
- Implement cost control systems to track budgets, commitments, and forecasts
- Review contractor invoices and assist in cash flow analysis
- Collaborate with procurement, construction, and contract teams
What you’ll bring
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience in cost management, design, or construction
Nice to have
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Familiarity with SAP or similar systems
