About the role

Godrej Properties – Real Estate Development team drives innovative, sustainable property projects across India. The Deputy Manager, Costing & Budgeting prepares detailed MEP cost estimates, monitors budgets, and controls expenditures to ensure financial efficiency and compliance. Based in Mumbai, on-site work model with occasional coordination across design, procurement, and finance teams.

What you’ll do

Prepare detailed MEP budget estimates during pre‑contract and tender stages
Validate and analyze BOQs with market rates and value engineering inputs
Monitor project expenditures against approved budgets and track cost variations
Prepare cost‑to‑complete and variance reports and propose corrective actions
Review and verify BOQs, assist site teams with bill checking and amendments

What you’ll bring

10-12 years MEP costing and budgeting experience
Experience in residential, commercial and infrastructure projects
Proficiency in MS Excel, cost estimation tools and SAP
Strong knowledge of MEP systems, BOQs and specifications
Ability to coordinate with design, procurement and finance teams
