About the role
GPU Architecture Verification Team at NVIDIA designs and verifies next‑generation memory subsystems for GPUs and SoCs. The Senior Verification Engineer builds verification infrastructure, creates test plans, and drives functional coverage using SystemVerilog/UVM to ensure design correctness. Bengaluru, India, hybrid (remote and onsite) work model.
What you’ll do
- Define verification scope and develop infrastructure
- Create test plans, tests, and reusable bus functional models
- Perform functional coverage driven verification closure
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and silicon verification teams
What you’ll bring
- 4+ years verification experience
- Verification of complex IPs/sub‑systems
- Random stimulus and functional coverage methodology
- Assertion‑based verification
- Proficiency in Verilog
- Knowledge of SystemVerilog/UVM
- Experience with memory subsystem verification
