About the role

NVIDIA Graphics Bengaluru team designs cutting‑edge GPU memory subsystems. The Senior Verification Engineer builds verification infrastructure, defines test scopes, creates bus functional models and coverage‑driven test plans, and collaborates with architects and silicon teams to ensure ASIC correctness. Bengaluru, India, hybrid work model, relocation available.

What you’ll do

• Verify ASIC design, architecture and micro‑architecture of memory subsystems
• Define verification scope and develop infrastructure
• Create reusable bus functional models, monitors, checkers and scoreboards
• Perform functional coverage‑driven verification closure
• Collaborate with architects, designers and silicon verification teams

What you’ll bring

• B.Tech/M.Tech or equivalent
• 4+ years verification experience
• Verification of complex IPs/sub‑systems
• Random stimulus and functional coverage methodology
• Expertise in Verilog
• Knowledge of SystemVerilog/UVM
