About the role

Product Management team at HG Insights drives data intelligence solutions. The Principal Data & AI Product Manager defines and leads multi‑team product strategies, translating market and user insights into AI‑enabled offerings while collaborating with engineering, data science, design, and marketing. Based in Pune, India, on‑site role with relocation support.

What you’ll do

• Conduct market research and user interviews to uncover AI product opportunities
• Define product strategy, roadmap, and detailed specifications for engineering and data science
• Prioritize features and manage product backlog across cross‑functional teams
• Lead cross‑organizational alignment and stakeholder communication
• Engage customers to gather feedback and present product vision
• Mentor other product managers on data‑driven strategy
• Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical considerations in product development

What you’ll bring

• 10+ years product leadership
• experience launching enterprise data/AI products
• strong understanding of data science, ML algorithms
• experience with large datasets and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• experience in RevTech domain (e.g., ZoomInfo, 6sense)
• excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
• customer‑centric mindset
• Bachelor's in CS/Engineering/Data Science; Master's or MBA preferred
