About the role
Adani Group Energy Projects team drives large‑scale transmission infrastructure across India. The Site Head leads project execution, safety compliance, stakeholder liaison and technology integration to deliver projects on time, on budget and with zero harm. Based in India, on‑site role with occasional travel to project sites.
What you’ll do
- Drive quality project execution and monitor cost, schedule and resources
- Implement and standardize project management tools across locations
- Report project progress and maintain MIS for corporate office
- Ensure safety protocol adherence and conduct site safety audits
- Manage Right of Way issues and secure regulatory clearances
- Liaise with government bodies, contractors and stakeholders
- Control project budgets, cash flow and cost efficiency
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
What you’ll bring
B.E./B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering
Nice to have
- 15-20 years project management in energy/utilities
- 3+ years leadership of large‑scale projects
- 2+ years site project management
- Strong safety, compliance and environmental knowledge
- Experience implementing PM systems across sites
