About the role
Responsible for ensuring timely delivery of complex mega construction projects, overseeing governance, compliance, and fostering a collaborative culture across cross-functional teams.
What you’ll do
- Manage entire site construction activities
- Plan and control project schedule, budget, quality
- Establish change control procedures and approvals
- Ensure governance and accurate contractor billing
- Maintain QA/QC, HSE, and legal compliance
- Coordinate construction tasks with managers
- Control costs and resource utilization
- Resolve site challenges with team
- Foster high bonding, communication, collaboration
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's in Engineering or related field
- Master's degree preferred
- 25+ years of experience in mega projects
- 7+ years in similar site leadership role
- Stakeholder management across internal & external
- Knowledge of codes, standards, regulations
- Experience in customs & logistics management
- Financial management exposure
- Strong people management, leading >40 staff
