About the role

Adani Energy Solutions (AESL) leads India's power transmission and energy infrastructure. The Site Head drives end‑to‑end project execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, safety and quality while transitioning projects to Operations & Maintenance. Based in India, this on‑site role oversees large‑scale site projects, stakeholder liaison and technology integration.

What you’ll do

• Drive quality project execution against cost, resource and timeline benchmarks
• Implement and standardize project management tools across locations
• Report project progress via MIS and monthly reviews
• Ensure safety protocol adherence and manage ROW issues
• Liaise with government bodies and authorities for clearances
• Monitor budgets, cash flow and cost control post‑bidding
• Identify risks and apply mitigation strategies
• Lead, mentor and develop the site project team

What you’ll bring

• B.E./B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering
• 15-20 years project management experience in energy/utilities/infrastructure
• 3+ years leadership of large‑scale projects
• 2+ years site project management
• Strong safety, compliance and environmental knowledge
• Experience implementing PM systems across sites
