Learning & Development team at Amgen focuses on building scalable onboarding and performance improvement programs. The Business Performance Manager designs and delivers learning solutions, measures impact through metrics, and supports knowledge management to drive organizational goals. Hyderabad, India, on-site work model.

What you’ll do

• Lead design and delivery of onboarding and development learning solutions
• Ensure learning initiatives are inclusive and tailored to diverse needs
• Manage execution of learning activities aligned with objectives
• Support knowledge management and capture within GRAAS organization
• Drive behavior change for best practice adoption
• Develop competency models and associated learning plans
• Create content for learning plans
• Refine learning pathways using feedback and data insights
• Measure metrics and KPIs to assess learning impact

What you’ll bring

• Doctorate degree
• Master’s degree with 4-6 years experience
• Bachelor’s degree with 6-8 years experience
• Diploma with 10-12 years experience

Nice to have

• Experience implementing large-scale learning initiatives
• Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles
• Proficiency with LMS and eLearning platforms
• Strong data analysis skills
• Ability to influence change across organization
• Expertise in performance measurement
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
