About the role
NatWest Digital Services India’s Performance & Business Management team drives the bank’s strategy execution across people, finance and risk. The Manager, VP leads cross‑functional initiatives, aligns operating rhythms, and delivers executive reporting to senior leadership. Based in Chennai with a secondary hub in Gurugram, the role is on‑site with a hybrid model for occasional travel.
What you’ll do
- Drive and implement processes aligned to bank policy
- Align performance activities with strategic agenda
- Partner across bank for business support planning
- People planning and engagement
- Review MI and provide data analysis
- Financial and headcount reporting
What you’ll bring
- 12–15 years business experience
- 5+ years in comparable leadership support role
Nice to have
- Experience driving bank‑wide policy implementation
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
