About the role

Data Center Project Team at Cushman & Wakefield drives end‑to‑end delivery of data centre builds, ensuring timeline, cost, quality and reliability. The Project Lead plans, coordinates and executes civil, MEP, electrical, HVAC, ELV/BMS and IT activities, reviews designs for integration, monitors site progress and safety, and oversees testing, commissioning and handover. What you’ll do

• Lead planning and execution of multidisciplinary project activities
• Review designs and ensure cross‑discipline integration and compliance
• Monitor site progress, quality, safety and resource utilization
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors and subcontractors
• Oversee testing, commissioning and handover to ensure operational readiness

What you’ll bring

• 8+ years data centre project experience
• 20+ years overall engineering experience
• Diploma or B.E. in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
• Delivered at least 4 full data centre projects
