About the role

Project Management Office (PMO) at Adani Group oversees the delivery of large-scale data centre projects, ensuring alignment with budgets, schedules, and strategic goals. The Head leads the design and operation of the PMO, sets standards, manages risk, governance, stakeholder communication, and drives continuous improvement across project teams. What you’ll do

• Design and establish PMO capabilities for complex data centre projects
• Define and enforce project management standards and methodologies
• Align project objectives with corporate strategy and financial targets
• Lead stakeholder communication and governance processes
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks
• Monitor performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Allocate resources across projects based on priorities and budgets
• Coach and mentor project teams to build capability

What you’ll bring

• Graduate or post‑graduate degree in civil or electrical engineering
• 15‑17 years project management experience in data centre infrastructure
• PMP or equivalent certification

Nice to have

• Mechanical, electrical or civil engineering background
• Proven track record delivering large‑scale construction projects
