About the role

AdaniConneX Data Center Division leads the design and delivery of hyperscale and enterprise data center projects across India. The Head of Future Projects defines strategy, governs portfolio execution, and oversees engineering, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning and handover. Based in Ahmedabad, on-site role driving large‑scale infrastructure delivery and stakeholder alignment.

What you’ll do

• Define and implement project delivery strategy and governance
• Establish enterprise planning, scheduling and cost control standards
• Lead end‑to‑end execution, construction and commissioning of data centers
• Manage stakeholder relationships including customers, regulators and partners
• Drive safety, quality, sustainability and risk management across projects
• Build and mentor a high‑performing project delivery organization

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
• Post‑Graduate qualification in Project Management or MBA preferred

Nice to have

• 23+ years delivering large‑scale infrastructure projects
• Proven leadership in data center and mega‑infrastructure delivery
• Experience managing multi‑billion CAPEX portfolios
