• Develop and improve processes, automation and reporting
• Build relationships with location leadership and provide strategic recommendations
• Supervise, coach and develop ESS team members

• 10+ years relevant experience
• 4+ years management experience
• Ability to interact with multiple leadership levels
• Proven project management across moderate‑risk initiatives
• Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
