About the role
Cohere Health is seeking an Associate Data Operations Analyst in Hyderabad, Telangana, India for a full-time, in-office role. The position supports Cohere Health's clinical intelligence platform and agentic AI-powered solutions by executing SOPs, QA protocols, and SLAs to ensure operational consistency and data quality. Day-to-day work includes preparing and validating data for data scientists, resolving discrepancies, supporting reporting, and maintaining strict HIPAA/PHI compliance. The role requires working flexibly across shifts in a fast-paced environment and communicating proactively with stakeholders.
What you’ll do
- Execute on SOPs, checklists, and quality assurance protocols to ensure operational consistency
- Adhere to SLAs and uphold turnaround time, data quality, and compliance standards
- Support data scientists by preparing and validating data for model development and deployment
- Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies
- Work flexibly across rotational or client-aligned shifts as business needs evolve
- Perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic operational environment
- Support business teams with data analysis and reporting requirements
- Ensure alignment to organization policies and procedures and stay updated with ISMS roles as assigned
What you’ll bring
- Proficiency in SQL for querying
- Basic knowledge of Python (Pandas preferred)
- Experience with Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas)
- Strong attention to detail across all operational activities
- Strong adherence to data validation and data quality checks
- Ability to communicate risks, delays, dependencies, and issues proactively to stakeholders
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA, PHI handling procedures, and data privacy/security regulations
- Fair understanding of Information Security practices and ISMS roles
Nice to have
- Bachelors in computer science or master's in computer science with 70% and above
- Strong Mathematical skills
- Understanding of Python programming
- Data structures
- Ability to commute/relocate to Nacharam, Hyderabad, Telangana
