About the role

Global Operations - Artificial Intelligence (GO-AI) team at Amazon Robotics builds the data pipeline that fuels machine learning for robotic systems. The Associate performs precise image, video and text annotation, ensuring high‑quality training data for vision models used in fulfillment automation. Works from home in Kolkata with a 9‑hour rotational shift schedule, including weekends and nights as needed, and receives night‑shift allowance.

What you’ll do

• Perform precise annotations across image, video, and text data
• Identify and correct labeling errors to maintain data integrity
• Apply judgment to resolve ambiguous cases and suggest process improvements
• Scale across multiple programs and adapt to evolving annotation methodologies
• Participate in a one‑week structured training program

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree
• Strong analytical and attention‑to‑detail skills
• Experience with SQL Server or MySQL
• Effective communication and collaboration in remote multicultural teams
