About the role

What you’ll do
- Maintain strict confidentiality and data privacy
- Label multimodal data (text, speech, audio, image, video) using guidelines and tools
- Analyze root causes and propose improvements to labeling quality
- Support daily operational deliverables across multiple task types
- Identify and resolve process and SOP issues
- Provide floor support and clarify internal queries
What you’ll bring
- Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience
- C1+ fluency in local language
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong business writing and analytical skills
- Experience managing stakeholder relationships
- 2+ years professional experience (preferred)
- Project coordination or management experience (2-3 years, preferred)
