What you’ll do
- Maintain strict confidentiality and customer privacy
- Label multimodal data using guidelines and in‑house tools
- Generate high‑quality human insight data across text, image, video and audio
- Analyze root causes and propose solutions to improve labeling quality
- Identify and address process and operational issues in SOPs and tools
- Provide floor support and clarify internal queries
What you’ll bring
- Experience in natural language data labeling
- 2+ years professional work experience
- Proven capacity to leverage open‑source resources
- Ability to adapt to fast‑paced environments
- 2-3 years project coordination or management experience
