Associate Manager, Data Operations

About the role

Data Operations team at Anaplan drives the health of the GTM data ecosystem, ensuring accurate, complete, and reliable revenue data across Salesforce and related systems. The Associate Manager leads a group of data operations specialists, partners with Sales, Marketing, and GTM Operations, and oversees data quality, enrichment, and automation initiatives, including AI‑assisted tools like Gemini Enterprise. This role is remote, based in Mumbai, and requires flexible hours to support global projects across AMER, EMEA, and APAC.

What you’ll do

• Lead day‑to‑day execution of revenue data programs and GTM data health
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and GTM Ops to translate priorities into data operations work
• Manage data quality standards, SLAs, and proactive audit processes
• Oversee automation workflows in Salesforce and related systems
• Drive data enrichment initiatives using tools like ZoomInfo and Gemini Enterprise
• Mentor and develop a team of data operations specialists
• Coordinate vendor relationships and evaluate data tooling
• Prepare and present data quality and operational status reports

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years data operations or management experience
• 2+ years people management
• Proficiency with Salesforce and SQL
• Experience with data enrichment tools like ZoomInfo, RingLead, D&B Connect
• Familiarity with data integration platforms such as Informatica and BigQuery
• Ability to design and maintain automation workflows
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent cross‑functional communication
