Lead HR Specialist

About the role

GE HealthCare seeks a Lead HR Specialist in Bengaluru to implement documentation and processes ensuring compliance with government regulations and internal governance. The role focuses on execution of standard enabling activities, providing advice on employment practices, and managing compliance operations within the Plant HR function. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring significant experience in plant-level human resources.

What you’ll do

• Implement documentation, tools, and processes for regulatory and internal compliance
• Ensure alignment with government standards regarding fair employment practices
• Execute functional policy and strategy within the HR discipline
• Resolve issues using good knowledge and judgment within established procedures
• Consult senior team members for issues outside defined parameters
• Develop strong customer relationships and serve as interface between customer and GE
• Explain technical information to others effectively
• Manage compliance teams or operations for Business or Shared Service teams

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
• Minimum 12+ years of experience in a Plant HR Role
• High school diploma with relevant experience accepted as alternative
