What you’ll bring
- 7-11 years HR service delivery experience
- Leadership and coaching of HR operations teams
- Proficiency with cloud HCM systems (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle)
- Advanced MS Office and Excel skills
- Experience in process improvement and metrics management
