What you’ll do
- Manage performance and behavior of up to six associates through coaching and 1:1 meetings
- Oversee schedules, attendance, and adherence for the team
- Implement and track performance goals and action plans
- Develop and execute forecasting processes to reduce cost and improve customer experience
- Lead Kaizen and process improvement initiatives to boost quality, cost, and delivery metrics
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve complex seller issues
What you’ll bring
