About the role
Join the External Fulfillment Operations team within Amazon Worldwide Operations to drive operational performance and customer experience for sellers. As an Area Manager in Gurgaon, you will manage up to six Operation Executives, lead process improvement projects, and ensure compliance through flexible, field-based shifts including weekends and holidays.
What you’ll do
- Manage performance and behavior of up to 6 Operation Executives
- Lead process improvement projects to enhance Quality, Cost, and Delivery
- Set up robust processes to drive forecasting accuracy
- Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Support product initiatives emphasizing automation
- Solve complex seller issues and connect with stakeholders
- Audit seller visits to ensure 100% compliance
- Support hiring and development of team members
What you’ll bring
- 2+ years of employee and performance management experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Flexibility to work weekends, nights, and holidays
