About the role
Amazon Worldwide Operations team drives the fulfillment engine that delivers a world‑class customer experience. As an Area Manager you will lead operational performance at Vendor Flex sites, drive process improvement projects, and develop team members while managing metrics such as quality, cost, and delivery. Bengaluru, on‑site role with flexible schedule including weekends and nights, travel to seller nodes as needed.

What you’ll bring
- 2+ years employee and performance management experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros, VBA)
Nice to have
