About the role

What you’ll do
- Provide technical support for complex SharePoint issues and develop support models
- Execute preventative maintenance on hardware/software and monitor performance
- Maintain knowledge base of resolved cases
- Analyze system logs and resolve hardware/software/network issues
- Implement automation, capacity management and business continuity solutions
- Identify and remediate service impacting risks
