About the role

Digital & Transformation (D&T) team at West Pharmaceutical Services builds scalable SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 solutions to enhance the digital workplace. The Sharepoint Engineer designs, develops, and supports intranet portals, forms, workflow automation, and AI‑first features using Power Platform, SPFx with React, and AI‑assisted tools. Bengaluru, on-site, hybrid schedule with occasional global travel and on‑call duties.

What you’ll bring

• 3-5 years SharePoint/Microsoft 365 development
• Proficiency with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Experience building SPFx components using React/JavaScript/TypeScript
• Integrating SharePoint with REST APIs and Microsoft Graph
• Embedding AI capabilities such as Copilot‑enabled experiences
• Using AI‑powered development tools like GitHub Copilot

Nice to have

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
