About the role
SharePoint Online – Senior Support Analyst team at Marsh builds and maintains enterprise SharePoint environments. The role monitors, configures, and administers SharePoint Online and 2016+, provides L1/L2 production support, documents investigations, and supports critical releases with on‑call coverage. Mumbai, hybrid (3 days onsite) with additional location Pune, hybrid work model.
What you’ll do
- Monitor, install, configure, and administer SharePoint environments
- Provide L1/L2 production support and troubleshoot incidents
- Document technical investigations and coordinate escalations
- Perform maintenance of SharePoint sites, libraries, and lists
- Support business‑critical releases and on‑call/war‑room coverage
What you’ll bring
- 8+ years overall experience
- 4+ years SharePoint support
- 3+ years SharePoint development
- Hands‑on SharePoint development and scripting (PnP, PowerShell)
- SharePoint Framework (SPFx)
- CSOM and REST APIs
- JavaScript and jQuery
